To ensure clarity and professionalism, we have structured a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Each project undertaken by Innovista Solution is divided into clearly defined milestones. At the outset, we conduct a comprehensive analysis, in-depth research, and create a detailed work plan. This foundational stage ensures all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the project scope, minimizing the possibility of cancellations, disputes, or miscommunication. As each milestone or module involves significant time and effort, payments made for completed work are non-refundable. In the event of a mutual cancellation, clients retain ownership of all completed deliverables. However, any advance payments made for upcoming work will be forfeited. Once the client approves the initial design mock-ups and the development phase begins, no refunds will be issued. Requests for refunds during the mid-project phase are not eligible under this policy. Marketing services provided by our team, including promotional campaigns and time-sensitive offers, are non-refundable. All promotional agreements are time-bound. If timelines are extended beyond the agreed duration, refunds will not be considered. For our digital marketing packages, refunds are not available. However, clients may opt to cancel services by providing a 30-day advance written notice. Please note, contracts left incomplete or inactive for more than 30 days are considered closed, and no refunds or reimbursements will be processed for payments or deposits made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
